Booking Process Questions
What information helps you prepare an accurate quote?
Please include the event date, venue or city, event type, guest count, start and end times, and whether you need ceremony sound, cocktail-hour sound, lighting, a photo booth, or another add-on. A confirmed venue and a clear event schedule help make the quote more accurate.
Does submitting the booking form hold my date?
No. Submitting the form starts the availability and quote process, but it does not place the date on hold or reserve the event.
How is the date officially reserved?
The date is officially reserved after the service agreement is completed and the required deposit is received. Until both steps are finished, the date remains available to other clients.
Is a contract and deposit required?
Yes. A signed service agreement and deposit are required to confirm the booking. The agreement lists the event date, location, hours, services, payment schedule, and other important details.
Can we update the timeline after booking?
Yes. The timeline, formal songs, announcements, and music details can be refined after booking. Major changes to the location, hours, guest count, or equipment needs may require an updated proposal.
When does music planning begin?
Music planning begins after the event is booked and continues as the date approaches. You can share must-play songs, do-not-play songs, cultural music, special dances, entrance songs, and playlists during the planning process.
How quickly will I receive a response?
You can normally expect a personalized response within 12 hours. Complex destination events or requests that require venue or production review may take longer.
Can the event run longer than the contracted time?
Additional time may be possible when the venue schedule, staffing, and equipment plan allow it. Overtime must be approved and is billed according to the service agreement.
